Funding Opportunity: TWAS-DFG Cooperation Visits Programme

The German Research Foundation (DFG) and The World Academies of Sciences (TWAS) have launched a new Call for the TWAS-DFG Cooperation Visits Programme. It provides postdoctoral researchers from Sub-Saharan Africa with the opportunity to undertake a three-month ‘Cooperation Visit’ to a research institute in Germany. All academic fields will be considered. Proposals must be submitted by visiting researchers to the TWAS website no later than 19 May 2025.

The German Research Foundation (DFG) and the National Council for Science & Technology Rwanda (NCST) will hold an Online Information session to explain the TWAS-DFG Cooperation Visits Programme, how to find a suitable cooperation partner in Germany and answer any questions you might have.
