NRF Engages in Advancing Accessibility Innovations at the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) Expo 2024
The KISE Expo on Accessible and Affordable Specialized Learning Materials, Assistive Devices, and Technology was held at the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) on September 5th and 6th, 2024. NRF participated to promote its commitment to enhancing accessibility for persons with disabilities through research and innovation.
At the expo, NRF engaged in discussions that addressed critical topics such as resource allocation for assistive devices, user perspectives on specialized learning materials, and the roles of AI and IoT in improving accessibility.
